环氧地坪施工的时候有很多需要注意的地方，环氧自流平地坪漆的施工工法和选料并没有固定的标准，欧美、日本、韩国等各国的材料和施工习惯均有不同，在中国大陆这三种工法都有采用，但目前由于工程价格逐步降低，多层体系因其材料费用低在市场上占了主流。

封闭底漆和无溶剂环氧自流平面涂、石英砂封闭底漆多选用无溶剂型，渗透性和封闭性好;而这种无溶剂环氧树脂地坪漆通常由环氧树脂、固化剂、颜色和助剂等组成，不含或少含填料，而在现场将甲乙混合后，还须再加一定比例和粒度的石英砂(粉)配成镘涂料浆，用锯齿刮板镘涂后，再用钉子辊筒辊压表面消泡和助流平。

Sealing primer and solvent-free epoxy self-flowing surface coating, quartz sand sealing primer are mostly solvent-free, with good permeability and sealing; and this solvent-free epoxy resin floor paint is usually composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, color and additives, without or without fillers, and in the field will be mixed with a certain ratio of A to B. 因为二次成型，所以这种工法在不平地面做薄的自流平时，需先对地面进行修补和找平，否则施工后平整度不佳;其次，封闭底漆一定要能保证完全封闭底材孔隙;三是钉子辊筒一定要用。主要特点：这种工法主要为外资环氧地坪涂料企业(特别是欧美企业)所采用或推荐，施工工序少，所需工期短，质量相对也好控制，但 耐磨地坪材料费用高(主要面涂用量大)，对平整度高的基材地面尤其适用。
