无振动防滑坡道工程的特点以及施工工艺

随着社会发展,节能和环保越来越得到了人们的重视,近年来,我国城市也相继使用无噪音、无振动、环保汽车坡道。施工人员解释说其产品具有防滑无震动,经久耐磨,消除噪音,色彩鲜艳,耐候性优异,并具有较强的标识功能,提高行车安全。1、无振动防滑坡道材料是一种多角性硬度极高之矿物骨料与水泥及外加剂组成,采用特种现场工艺施工而成。2、具有防滑耐磨、舒适无震动等多钟优异的性能,而且图案美观鲜明、标志性强。3、降低车辆行驶噪音,改善行车条件,降低乃至消除溅水和水雾,增加雨天行车安全性。4、耐低温性能好,且抗热老化,全天候使用,耐日光紫外线照射。

地面清洁
Floor cleaning 
将混凝土基面进行清洁打磨,确保没有油污、污泥、水泥块屑和其他附着物,并对高低不平的地方进行找平处理,无空鼓并用水清洗。
Clean and polish the concrete base surface to ensure that there is no oil, sludge, cement debris and other attachments, and leveling the uneven areas, no empty drum and water cleaning. 界面层
Interface layer 
使用无震动防滑车道液料加1倍水搅拌均匀,用滚筒或喷雾器均匀涂布于基层之上,形成界面层。
Use the non vibration anti skid Lane material and add 1 times water to mix evenly. Use the roller or sprayer to spread evenly on the base, forming the interface layer. 
底层施工
Bottom construction 
先用无震动防滑车道液料:无震动防滑车道粉料按1:4的比例配好搅拌均匀后并施工于界面层上(一般底层为黄色)。
First, use non-vibration anti-skid Lane liquid material: non-vibration anti-skid Lane powder mixing uniformly according to 1:4 ratio and then constructed on the interface layer (generally the bottom is yellow). 
粘粘分界线
Viscous boundary 
按设计要求划线,粘贴胶带纸。常用色彩为黄色底层,绿色面层,黄底宽为12公分,绿面宽为30公分,钝角约为150度左右。
According to the design requirements, draw lines and paste tape paper. Commonly used color is yellow bottom, green surface, yellow bottom width is 12 cm, green surface width is 30 cm, obtuse angle is about 150 degrees. 
面层施工
Surface construction 
先用无震动防滑车道液料:无震动防滑车道粉料按1:4的比例配好搅拌均匀后并施工于底层上(一般面层为绿色)。
First, use non-vibration anti-skid Lane liquid material: non-vibration anti-skid Lane powder mix well in proportion of 1:4 and then construct on the bottom (generally the surface is green). 
清理现场
Clean up the scene 
清理多余材料,使地面干净无污染。
Clean up excess materials to make the ground clean and pollution-free. 
养护层
Curing layer 使用无震动防滑车道液料加一倍的水用喷雾器均匀涂布于产品表面以养护成品。
Use the non vibration anti slip Lane material and double water sprayer to evenly coat the surface of the product to maintain the finished product.
