对于无振动止滑坡道施工祥细说明及方案整理

无振动防滑坡道材料是由特殊骨料与特种水泥及其他掺和物、添加剂组成。经过特殊处理的车道防滑材料,具有强度好、硬度高,因而极具耐磨性、耐重压的优点。无振动防滑坡道材料属于无机材料,施工中只有极少的VOC排放,是环保型产品。相对于水泥坎车道的震动大、易粉化、不舒适、档次低和普通水泥坡道的阻力小、易滑、危险等缺憾,无震动防滑车道已是汽车上下坡道的首选。无振动防滑坡道材料适用于车库坡道、道路路口、自行车道路、公交车道、汽车上下坡道、斜坡、路面有特殊止滑要求的部位、区域等。

I. Engineering scheme 1、浇筑砼基础厚度500px以上,强度

3. The concrete leveling layer should not crack. 4、砼浇筑好须养护2周以上。

4. Concrete must be maintained for more than 2 weeks. 二、基础处理

II. Foundation Treatment 1、查找、清除现有基础的空鼓部分,并全面、彻底清理、清洁地面;对旧地面进行

1. Find and clear the empty part of the existing foundation, and thoroughly clean and clean the ground; carry out the old ground. 全面的清理打磨,去除油污,形成粗糙、洁净、平整的施工面。

三、封闭底层处理

用渗透型材料封闭,清理好的施工地面,以提高地面防腐、防水性能,确保后道抗压层与地面的粘接力。(每平米树脂用量0.2kg)树脂:水=1:2

四、抗压层施工处理

4. Construction Treatment of Compressive Layer 将抗压层材料根据要求配比、充分搅拌后,用锯齿镘刀均匀、平整、密实的摊铺

After mixing the compressive layer material according to the requirement and fully stirring, evenly, smoothly and compactly paving with sawtooth trowel 在工作面,形成约2㎜厚的抗压层,提高平整度,增强车道成品的抗压、耐冲击性。

Lofting design 

根据设计要求放样,粘贴美纹纸。(一般选择黄绿相间,绿色宽80-100㎝,黄色宽15㎝;也可以根据客户需要进行其他颜色搭配)。

According to the design requirements, lay out and paste the paper. (Generally choose yellow and green, green width 80-100 13, yellow width 15 13; you can also match other colors according to customer needs). 

五、止滑层施工批刮

5. Construction scraping of anti-sliding layer 根据要求将混合好的止滑层材料先用锯齿镘刀批刮一遍在抗压层上,然后再喷涂一遍,形成约4㎜厚表面粗糙的彩色条形止滑带。

六、罩面处理

6. Cover treatment 无振动止滑坡道施工完毕,将施工杂物、垃圾清理干净。

After the construction, the construction debris and garbage will be cleaned up. 止滑层施工结束12小时后,涂刷专用罩面剂,养护一周,即可允许车辆通行使用。

After 12 hours of the construction of the anti-slide layer, the special covering agent is painted and maintained for one week, then the vehicle can be allowed to use. (每平米树脂用量:0.25KG,不加水)

七、 检查与验收标准

VII. Inspection and Acceptance Standards 1.检查前道工序的检查,表面加工情况,有色差、剥落、损伤。

1. Check the inspection of the previous process, surface processing, color difference, peeling, damage. 2.验收标准施工成品达到不露底、不起壳、无空鼓、色彩、规格均匀、相对平整。地面的静摩擦系数COF值≥0.5。

2. Acceptance standard construction products achieve no bottom exposure, no shell, no empty drum, color, uniform specifications, relatively flat. The COF value of ground static friction coefficient is more than 0.5.
